Eggs are a high nutritious and versatile food. Egg whites contain ‘perfect’ protien – they have all the amino acids the body needs. The yolk contains mostly unsaturated fat including good omega3 fats. For the small amount of energy that eggs provide they are packed with vitamins and minerals.They have even been show to assist in the prevention of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, as well as help with weight loss and maintenance.
